The build design complements the stunning setting. All apartments have generous balconies or terraces looking out either across the golf course, town and sea or over the stunning seascape to Trevose Head. They are generously sized, efficiently laid out, and beautifully appointed and finished.
Design features include contemporary kitchens with granite work surfaces, video entry phone, mood lighting, thermostatically controlled showers and underfloor heating.
Communal areas feature key fob entry system into gated underground parking, passenger lift to all floors from car park, surf wash down area and surfboard/storage areas.
For those looking to brush up on their surfing skills, the legendary Fistral Beach is just yards away and offers some of the best surfing conditions in the world, whilst the on-site surf school offers lessons for those looking to learn how to surf.

Stayed same week last year,we thought the apartment was better this time, new sofa, TV worked in the bedroom ,very clean, only minor complaint carpets where slightly worn in both bedroom doorways if you walked through them bare foot grippers occasionally stuck in feet, would stay again.
