Thoroughly enjoyed it, and booked again for next year. I have read other comments regarding damp in the ensuite, but we had no problem. The house was lovely and clean, with really comfortable beds and sofa. The double beds perhaps need headboards, but that is just a suggestion, not a criticism.

Beautiful and clean especially given that its a dog friendly apartment. A couple of things we've alerted the housekeeper/owner about already were: When we arrived one of the 6 dining chairs was broken (leg is clearly not attached to the seat within the covered section), and my husband fell fully onto the floor when he sat on it. Luckily didn't hurt himself! There was strong smell of sewage, particularly in the evening. This was something we struggled with because it was strongest at night, and downstairs where the children were trying to sleep. It meant that we couldn't have windows open, which made the bedrooms uncomfortable on warm nights. Overall we'd definitely come back if the drains get sorted!

The location is perfect and the house is excellent. Clean and tidy and had everything you need for a beach holiday! Walkable distance into Newquay and only 5 mins walk to Lusty Glaze and Porth beach ; both beautiful! The showers in the property are great and the beds are comfy! The outside space is also great for relaxing but if youâve been to the beach there is plenty of room to get all the sandy wetsuits, towels and swimwear dry. The washing machine is a god send too! A wonderful stay!
