Wheal Charlotte Cottage is tucked away in the tranquil coastal village of Perranuthnoe. Named after a local copper mine, this compact, but perfectly formed, cottage has been refurbished to a beautifully high standard. Sleeping four, and within a 6 minute walk to both the beach and the South West Coast path, this is a perfect choice for a small family or a couple looking for a Cornish holiday. You could walk to Marazion in around 20-minutes, enjoying the view en-route, or catch the regular village bus to Helston, Penzance or Truro.  It's also just a five minute drive to the A30, giving you easy access to the rest of the county.

Perranuthnoe is a quintessential Cornish village, named after our our patron saint, St Pirran. 'Perran uthno' literally means 'little Perran'. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and steeped in mining history, the village is situated on the south-west coast of Cornwall just a couple of miles from Marazion and St Michael's Mount. There's a crafts centre in the heart of the village offering pet portraits, glass and driftwood art, plus general Cornish gifts as souvenirs from your holiday. The beach is quite stunning; at low tide, there's a vast stretch of flat sand, high tides are popular with surfers. With a choice of two cafes and the award-winning Victoria Inn, you'll have the perfect reason not to cook!

Parking:

Allocated space for one car at the front of property. Please park considerately. We would advise reversing into your space.
