Great house with lovely views and facilities. There were a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and successfully and I cannot recommend this property or cottages.com highly enough. I will definitely be using them again.

Comfortable, spacious and clean house, well furnished with everything we needed for a family of four. On street parking was absolutely fine - the road is pretty quiet and we didn't struggle at all to find a space close to the house. The location is great - an easy walk into both Newlyn and Penzance with plenty of things to look at and do, plus a little beach just down the road (mostly pebbles but some sand at low tide). Easy drive to the south Cornwall attractions and beaches - we visited Lands End, Sennen Cove, The Minack & PK Museum (didn't make the beach at Porthcurno due to time, but it is a gorgeous one!) and had a bunch more things on the to do list that we simply ran out of time for!

Just back from a lovely week at Lyndale. Our three children had a wonderful time and the property is very well appointed. It’s located close to the promenade and with easy access via road to the wider area. Parking is on the street but wasn’t an issue at all during our stay even though it was high season. Garden is pleasant but small, although that is the trade off for being close to the town centre. Plenty of sea views from various rooms.
