There is an option to run your own tab and even have meals delivered and served in the apartment. From a full three course meal to drinks and desserts, nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant has a vibrant continental feel, located on Mousehole harbour front with stunning views across Mounts Bay. There is an al fresco feel to the secluded and sheltered rear garden, ideal for a quiet drink or leisurely lunch. The area is perfect for exploring the many delights of West Cornwall and the area is renowned for its artists and crafts. Within easy reach of Newlyn, Penzance, Lands End, the famous surfing beach at Sennen, and the picturesque town of St Ives. Visit the Tate Modern or the open air romantic Minack Theatre. The Boat Watch has its own front door and private staircase which leads to the first floor apartment. The enclosed hallway and fully double glazed windows and additional sound proofing ensure the apartment is conveniently located but quiet. The Boat Watch accommodates four guests in two comfortable double bedrooms, beautifully appointed bathroom, light and comfortable open plan living room with woodburner and kitchen area with views of the harbour. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

I’ve just had another fabulous week at the Boat Watch. The location is wonderful and there is typically free parking on the Parade if you stay in winter. The apartment is beautifully, and comfortably, furnished. I’ve already booked for next year.

Exactly as described. Glorious position on harbour. Well appointed, clean. Two good restaurants and pub within a few steps, so really handy for eating out. Only downside is need to use car park on harbour,£10 per day.
