Luxurious lodge. One king-size double with en suite shower, one twin (double by arrangement) and one with 3ft bunks. Modern family bathroom with bath with overhead shower. Fully equipped open-plan living/kitchen area with patio doors leading to south facing decking. Outdoor hot tub. No pets.. Stayed in Kyance, mould in both bathrooms, en-suite smelt musty, dusty, cobwebs, dirty floors. Kitchen floor needed repairing, fridge dirty, pet free lodge had pet hair on a bed. Linen had stains on told they were sterile stains hot tub dirty on arrival told it was filter back wash! Salt & oil not available as stated, bathroom and kitchen blinds rusty, safety catches for blind strings broken, outdoor decking needed reviewing. Generally unkempt and needed lots of TLC. Would not recommend and would not return.
