We stayed in a lodge with hot tub. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It's in a quiet location and provides a peaceful base. Nice lakes, outdoor play park and animal area. The cafe and pool are seasonal so were closed when we visited.They do offer animal feeding and pony grooming. The times vary but it isn't well advertised and we found the times on the games room door. It would be better to give us the info on arrival or advertise in reception/animal area too. There was a power cut whilst we were there. We were without power for approx 4 hours through the late afternoon/evening. Unfortunately, this couldn't be fully restored so the games room was closed all weekend and there was no WiFi on site.

The lodge was spotless, well equipped with everything you'd need. We managed to cook a full Christmas dinner 👌🏼All the beds were comfortable and rooms spacious, plenty of room for a family of 6 plus two dogs.
