It was a pleasure to stay at The Gallery Port Mellon. It was a great spot with ever changing views that were to die for, looking out down the hill to the bay and beyond. Great views do come at a price, the hills in this area are not for the faint hearted or weak of knee! But having walked them, it was worth it. The cottage was spotlessly clean & had everything you could need. Towels & bed linen were of high quality & the. bed was very comfortable. The weather was sunny for a lot of our stay but chilly at times but the cottage was always just at the right temperature. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathroom was modern with hot water always available. The owners who live on site were very approachable & most helpful but never intrusive. We would deffinately stay here again if revisting the area. The visitors book showed a lot of those that stay are return visitors, proving what a great place The Gallery is.
