The Grange is a charming detached stone cottage nestled on the edge of the market town of St Austell, in Cornwall. Benefitting from a delightful modern interior, with all integrated appliances and stunning contemporary furniture, making this a homely base for friends or families. Step into the spacious sitting room with a lovely woodburning stove to keep you warm and toasty during those chillier winter months; sink into the plush sofas and unwind in front of the provided TVs. Walk through to the dining area which can seat up to six guests and is perfect for those family gatherings to toast to a wonderful holiday.

The kitchen has been fitted to a high-standard with all pristine white units and integrated appliances. Choose from two king-size bedrooms, a double or super-king-size with zip and link features, so whatever your group size, there will be something to suit your needs. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite so you won't need to fight over the bathroom in the morning! If you don't fancy rising from your beds so quickly, each bedroom comes with its own TV to watch your favourite morning shows from the comfort of your own bed. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and decking areas where you can sit out with a refreshing drink and soak in the sun rays, whilst the front is a large grape vine full of grapes.

Nestled on the outskirts of St Austell, the centre is within striking distance with plenty of traditional pubs and restaurants for sampling some fine Cornish delights, as well as plenty of independent shops and supermarkets for picking up any last-minute ingredients for an evening meal, or treating yourself to some souvenirs to take home. Slightly further afield is the world renowned attraction, The Eden Project, home to two biomes which house rare plants from around the world, some of which are the only of its kind. Also nearby are the Lost Gardens of Heligan where you can discover The Giant's Head, Mud Maid and Grey Lady on a delightful woodland walk, with 200-acres of mysterious natural gardens to explore.

The seaside village Charlestown is within reach with its Georgian harbour, whilst Porthpean offers a lovely stretch of sand for those family days out. The Grange is the ultimate choice for a week long break near the coast of Cornwall.

St Austell is a delightful market town in Cornwall, England, close to the beautiful coastline. There are a number of sandy beaches within driving distance as well as the world renowned eco park of the Eden Project. Make sure you explore the ancient woodland at the Lost Gardens of Heligan, as well as a number of nearby towns and villages.
