Guests say

The Old Coach House in St Austell receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenient location near transport links. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches, including welcome gifts, and the well-equipped facilities. While some mention minor issues with town centre and access, the overall experience is very positive, with many looking forward to returning.

Guests consistently describe the property as spotless and clean, indicating a high standard of cleanliness maintained throughout the accommodation.

The property's proximity to bus and train stations is frequently commended, although some guests express disappointment with the local town centre. The location is deemed excellent for exploring Cornwall.

Reviews highlight the property as comfortable and homely, with several guests noting the peaceful and quiet environment, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen and the inclusion of a washing machine. However, the mention of potholes in the access alleyway suggests some maintenance issues.

Guests are delighted by the thoughtful gestures such as welcome packs with wine, biscuits, and flowers. While these gifts are warmly received, it is important to note that such offerings are subject to the owner's discretion and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Only one small issue, would recommend a small fold up stool in kitchen to enable smaller people to reach top shelves in cupboard.Otherwise no problems faced
