Little ones can get up close with friendly farm animals during morning feeding runs, and the on-site facilities are impressive, with a gym and play areas. The property is perfectly placed for discovering the area's spectacular scenery, with Bodmin Moor – a designated Dark Sky area – right on your doorstep. Pick up essentials at the village store in St Tudy (3 miles), stop for refreshments at the café and traditional pub in St Breward (1.5 miles), or visit photogenic Blisland (3 miles), known for its attractive village green and welcoming pub serving local ales. When it's time for the coast, Port Isaac (9 miles), famed as the setting for Doc Martin, offers excellent eateries and scenic cliff-top walks.

Step inside to a charming wooden interior with high ceilings and an open-plan living space for spending quality time together. Outside, spend lazy mornings on the enclosed decked area overlooking lawns leading towards the river and one of the estate's play areas, so you can watch while children let off steam. Private parking is available directly behind the property for two cars, with an electric vehicle charging point in the main car park (additional charges apply). You’ll have access to a fantastic range of shared facilities across the estate, including multiple outdoor play areas with swings, slides, zip wires, toddler trikes, a sandpit with mini diggers and a seven-hole crazy golf course. In the indoor games room, adults and children can enjoy table tennis, pool, table football and air hockey, and there’s a soft-play barn for children aged five and under.
