This pet friendly, semi-detached holiday bungalow has been equipped to provide a comfortable base from which to explore this beautiful area of Cornwall. There is a large sunny enclosed garden with a patio, ideal for alfresco dining or a morning coffee. You are just a stroll away from the centre of the village of Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series ’Doc Martin’, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Easily reached is Polzeath and Daymer Bay with their beautiful sandy beaches, and further down the coast is Padstow with its shops, pubs and restaurants, including Rick Stein’s fish restaurant. From here you can walk or cycle the Camel Trail along the estuary to Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin, and it is ideally situated to visit the many National Trust attractions that Cornwall has to offer, including The Eden Project, Bodmin Moor with unspoilt moorland at its best, and the many beautiful gardens and National Trust properties. Beach ¾ mile. Shop and pub 500 yards, restaurant ½ mile.

We had a lovely week’s stay at Puffins with our two dogs. The Garden was fantastic and completely enclosed. There was everything you could possibly need inside and out and it was spotless on arrival. The Bottle of Wine (which happened to be my favourite) milk and dog treats was a lovely touch on arrivalLots of handy information for local areas and farther afield.All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if staying at a Port Isaac again.Thank You

Our second visit to wee Puffins. A perfect base that met all of our needs. Owner very responsive to any communication. Garden is a perfect safe haven for the dogs. Easy walking distance to port Isaac and port gaverne, although there is a climb down and up as you would expect. Co op very nearby if you need anything but we did get a delivery.

Lovely property for two plus 2 dogs. Very clean and everything you need. Nice surprise of tea, coffee and a bottle of wine. I would put shower in bathroom and move toilet which was awkward at times. Overall fantastic place, loved it. Cannot wait to return.
