The house was lovely. We would never tire from the spectacular view of the sea and the beautiful cornish countryside from th egarden. There is a local coop, however that's it. If you go to shop later in the afternoon, dont expect there to be any bread left, my advice is to shop on the way. The local restaurants do get busy, and there were occasions when we couldn't eat in any of them, so go to them and book a table in advance. The local people were all friendly, and willing to help with advice and directions to any other places. The beaches are clean, and dog friendly. We had a lovely time, however, the hills are a killer, but its not put us off from going back again
