It rests within a superb vineyard with an on-site bar and restaurant, providing a charming spot for relaxing in after a great day exploring the magical beaches of the Seven Bays of St Merryn (all within 6 miles). The popular coastal town of Padstow is within easy reach (4.5 miles) with its historic harbour and fantastic array of seafood restaurants. This stunning part of Cornwall is also home to the lively resort of Newquay to the south-west (13 miles) and the ancient ruins of Tintagel Castle to the north-east (19 miles). Heading inland you can visit the Bodmin Jail Attraction, the Eden Project, Lappa Valley and Wheal Martyn Clay Works, all within 19 miles.

Entering this light and cheerful abode, you will be welcomed by the fresh and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom, offering a cosy and relaxing space for you both to unwind in after a day spent exploring a glorious part of Cornwall. The bright central lounge features plush seating and a Smart TV, with a lovely dining table over by the patio doors. Along one wall, the beautifully organised and tastefully presented kitchen has ample equipment for preparing a romantic meal. The bedroom area is sectioned off and features a comfortable king-size bed. To the rear of the main living space, a sleek shower room completes the accommodation.

From the lounge, sliding glass doors open out on to an enclosed patio with outdoor furniture, providing a private and relaxing spot for you to sit out and dine alfresco in peace. You will also be welcome to explore the vineyard, join a tour, head down towards the lake and spend an evening in the restaurant and bar (limited opening times in January and February). Private off-road parking is available for two cars.
