This stylish apartment has been thoughtfully designed with every comfort in mind. Luxury bedding, underfloor heating, Smart televisions and a Nespresso coffee machine to name but a few of the thoughtful touches.
The apartment is all on one level, with a spacious open-plan living area furnished with a neutral linen suite, the dining area has room for you to entertain friends and family and the Shaker style kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare an evening meal after a day exploring all that Carbis Bay has to offer. The glazed balcony is the perfect place for you to enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco meal.
The two double bedrooms have sumptuous beds, dressed with fine white cotton bedding and each boasts a Smart, wall mounted Smart television. Just along the corridor the modern bathroom features a double ended bath with overhead drench shower.
A short walk down the hill will take you to the railway station where the local train meanders along the scenic coast to and from St Ives where you will find a plethora of galleries and restaurants, beaches and bars.

Home away from home, beautiful apartment for my three children 21, 20 and 15 and I, all back together for an amazing week in Cornwall. Ideal location for all of Cornwall, Carbis Bay paddle boarding and Kayaking as well as sunbathing for mum, we walked from Kynnance Cove to the Lizard and from Godrevy lighthouse to Hells mouth, lots of basking seals to keep us company along the way. The apartment was perfect for a family we watched a film every night with access to Netflix, also the washing machine was ideal for all the sea wet clothes every day. My daughter was blown away with the coffee machine too. Met Nicky the lady that arranges the turnaround on the Saturday she was lovely, def coming back next year.

Had a lovely week in Cornwall, Carbis Bay. The apartment is well positioned for access down to the beach. Good hill climb coming back up from the beach. St Ives was within walking distance but there was regular buses and train to St Ives and nearby Hayle. There is a bus stop just up the hill from the apartment and train station just down the hill from the apartment. The apartment has all you need and well presented. Nicely put together and good decor. The balcony could do with a small table. There was two chairs only on the balcony. Easy access to the parking bay. Nice place to stay.
