Views over car park. Generally dark inside. Average fittings. Overpriced compared to Starboard just below.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location as you well know. All of the goods inside are excellent quality but the main thing that lets the property down is the bifold doors. They have been misused and unfortunately are so hard to open we didn’t bother most of the time. These would really need replacing. As the property is rented out many people are not educated on how to open and close them properly and they damage the rubber gaskets at the bottom. That’s exactly what has happened here and the tracks are rusty so they don’t even slide anymore. There are doors that would be better suited to this and I would be happy to explain if you did ever consider changing them. Other than this we would definitely recommend the property and even consider returning in the future.

Also extremely disappointed to having them claim the good housekeeping bond for a mattress, a child’s mattress that had a useless protector on and not a waterproof protector which if are a good quality one they are very comfortable and not noisy, which is why they said they don’t supply them. I’m sure most customers would agree instead of being charged hundreds of pounds they would prefer a waterproof cover.
