Enjoying elevated views across one of Cornwall’s most beautiful bays, Carbis bay, this luxury first floor apartment is in an idyllic setting. Enjoy gazing through the large bay window in the sitting room watching the seals and dolphins at play in the bay below. Binoculars are available to aid you on your quest. Stylishly decorated with a nautical theme throughout North Shore sleeps four in two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a young family or romantic couples’ coastal escape. Sit back in one of the armchairs in the sitting area, gaze through the large bay window at the seaside scenes or relax into one of the two sofas watching Netflix on the smart TV. The dining room has an oak table with four dining chairs, so everyone can dine in style. To the rear, there is a modern Shaker style beech fitted kitchen with NEFF built in appliances, everything you desire in your home from home. The kitchen window overlooks the well-maintained courtyard area of Compass Point and natural light makes the space bright. The master en-suite bedroom has fantastic views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy. Open the curtains, lie back on the sumptuously dressed New England style king sized bed watching the ocean. The second twin room has a Juliet balcony with patio doors. This quiet room is located at the rear, ensuring a superb night’s sleep. There is a communal terrace where you can to can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst drinking in the stunning panoramic views. Enjoy watching the sun set over St Ives. North shore is close to the beach, SW coast Path and a scenic railway to St Ives and its surrounding area. A perfect base for exploring, taking a short walk to Carbis Bay beach or a longer dramatic cliff side stroll. Carbis Bay is a small seaside town that is only a short distance from the coastal town of St Ives. It's known for its pure white sands and turquoise water. There's a lot to see and do, from the beach with a lot of watersports to the waterfront hotel with a spa and a terrace where you can enjoy a drink. With a small number of shops and restaurants, the town has everything you need, but nearby St Ives has more options.
