Guests particularly appreciate the access to the spa, swimming pool, and leisure facilities, as well as the attentive staff. While some mention areas needing a refresh and occasional cleaning issues, the majority found the property clean and welcoming. The location offers good access to St Ives and Carbis Bay, though a car is recommended for exploring further afield. Occasional thoughtful touches, such as welcome packs, are appreciated but not guaranteed.

Most guests found the property clean, but several noted issues such as marks, cobwebs, stale smells, and occasional lapses in deep cleaning. Bedding and kitchen cleanliness were highlighted both positively and negatively, indicating some inconsistency.

Access to the spa, pool, and gym is highly valued. Kitchens are well equipped, though some items need replacing. The absence of an on-site restaurant and some tired furnishings were noted, but overall facilities are appreciated.

Perfect location, well appointed apartment though quite tired and could do with refreshing. Some saucepans were chipped on the bottom so kitchen items need checking and replacing as necessary. But we loved the layout of the space and quiet aspect. The housekeeper was attentive and overall, we had a lovely short break. Having access to the leisure facilities was a major bonus too and being able to bring our dog.

Good condition, not too far walk from St Ives and Carbis Bay. Probably will need a car to venture further out though. Very quiet at night and peaceful setting. The lodge itself was good value for money - on arrival it could do with a bit of paint and a freshen up but has adequate kitchenware etc. The bed had hairs all over it, and the tv in the bedroom didn’t work, we just hoovered the bedding and was told it could be changed. The housekeeper brought us a new tv and sorted it for us. All in all, it was a good stay. I had a massage at Una which was lovely and the spa was average. I probably wouldn’t stay here again just due to first night, I just didn’t expect human hairs in the bedding and stains.
