A lovely cosy lodge excellently equipped for a self catering break in a quiet location with the added bonus of an on site spa with pool hot tub and sauna. The resort only has a small cafe with very limited food or drink and ideally take your own provisions witb you. It is a 20 minute walk down to carbis bay beach and then you can follow a good coastal path to st ives and take the trsin back. The kitchen had good quality utensils and all you need to cook in or plenty of pubs a short drive away. .aintenance are prompt and efficient and se thoroughly enjoyed our stay i one of the best areas of cornwall.

Off peak price was good value but if I’d paid peak prices I would have been a little disappointed. The kitchen cupboards need some attention and a proper clean, there’s also a really foul smell coming from the cupboard under the sink. No bleach, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets etc. The sofa is comfy but needs a deep clean. The bathroom cabinet is tatty and the shower doors need a really good clean. The positives were a comfy bed and it was lovely and warm in all of the rooms. Una resort is fabulous with really good facilities. Nice welcome pack with mince pies. Basically it just needs some tlc for the peak week prices!

Accommodation and facilities very good, let down by a soft uncomfortable bed, only 1 saucepan with a lid (large) and no 2 person oven dish.
