The property is perfectly located for exploring the rugged north Cornwall coastline and the more tranquil waters and coves of the south coast. Close by is Marazion, with St Michaels Mount rising from the sea which can be reached on foot at low tide or by boat at high tide. Penzance provides shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants overlooking the harbour or take a day trip to the Isles of Scilly. St Ives offers beaches, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth Museum. Walking, watersports, golf and horse riding can be found locally. Pub 2 miles.

We have just had a lovely relaxing holiday at Heather Brae Lodge,our hosts very friendly and helpful,the welcome pack much appreciated,set in a wonderful part of Cornwall easily accessible to St Ives and Penzance,was very quiet and relaxing.Would definitely return.

A nice place that suited us for location, convenient to St Ives & Penzance. Almost impossible to find. Directions given were useless - landmarks only a local might understand & well off the road and NO sign re where to turn in. GPS could not help. Local farmer finally directed us there.Lovely personal welcome from delightful owner and delightful welcome package! Better personally given directions to nice local pub for a very enjoyable dinner.We had heavy suitcases that we had to roll up a 30(?) yard grassy incline. Facilities were good - slight problem with toilet.
