...find. My tip is when you reach the first building in New Polzeath on the left which is called Polzeath Court take your next left turn approx 50 metres further on and immediately stop, look across the road to your right and you will see a narrow lane entrance this is the start of Cliff Lane, there is a lane sign but not immediately visible. The Blue Chip web site describes the apartment has wi-fi which it has but it is BT Fon which you can only access if you are a fellow BT subscriber unless you are prepared to pay BT rates. ...to the location it is not suitable for people that cannot walk very well. It is ideal for ramblers but there is no local facilities ie shops,pub etc. and you would need to drive. Submitted by Frederick on 03/10/2016
