The site is generally peaceful and well-landscaped, with friendly and helpful staff. Some guests noted the proximity to a busy road and occasional maintenance or communication issues, but overall, the property offers a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with thoughtful touches such as Prosecco on arrival.
Multiple reviews highlight the property as very clean and well-maintained, though one guest noted a dirty hot tub lid. Overall, cleanliness is a strong point.
The site is praised for being peaceful and well-landscaped, but its position near a busy road leads to some noise concerns for units on the perimeter.
Guests found the caravan spacious and relaxing, though one review mentioned it felt small for five people and another noted only four chairs for a six-berth property.
Facilities such as smart TVs and a hot tub are appreciated, but issues with gas supply and unclear instructions for the hot tub affected some guests' experiences.
Guests appreciated thoughtful touches like Prosecco on arrival, though such gifts are not guaranteed for all bookings.

Clean and well equipped, the only down comment would be it was advertised as 6 berth, but only 4 chairs at the table

Quiet site if away from the perimetre as it's positioned on a very busy road into Perranporth. Would suggest asking, on booking, which unit would be available as, unless a very heavy sleeper, the units near the road are very noisy with constant traffic from 5am til midnight. The unit, however, was spotless and well equipped.
