A cosy, well-equipped and comfortable little cottage down a narrow lane on the edge of Philleigh. Ideal for exploring the Roseland Peninsula and further afield - the King Harry Ferry is two miles away, providing easy access to Trelissick garden and further on Falmouth and Truro. In Philleigh is the excellent, unspoilt Roseland Inn, and walking trails around the woods and down to the river.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the cottage was spotles throughout. The location in the beautiful Roseland countryside made for a peaceful and scenic escape. The cosy layout and the lovely welcome basket were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bread, milk, bubbly and eggs were very appreciated, and the large and amazing shower, acces to laundry facilities and a fireplace were all standouts. The listing was a bit confusing as it said there was no TV, but there was, a small one but it still did the job during rainy days and relaxing evenings. Cooking oil wasnt provided, yet was mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, everything was excellent and wed happily stay again and likely will! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Very convenient position for our needs, we love the Roseland peninsular... Close by to the King Harry ferry, a shortcut for Truro, Falmouth or West in general... The Hosts were very good, relaxed and friendly, they live on site... The 'Roseland retreat' accomodation was very clean and well equipped... I am sure we will be back, but this accomodation will become very popular as word gets out...
