Access to The Panorama is through a communal front door, followed by a flight of stairs leading to your private entrance—perfect for leaving coats and shoes. A second staircase opens into the bright, open-plan living space designed for relaxing and socialising. The spacious bedroom features a modern ensuite, with a curtain that can be drawn for added privacy. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay, with the dining table conveniently positioned nearby. You can easily walk into the city centre or hop on one of the regular buses, saving the hassle and expense of parking, it is also just a short walk to the train station. A supermarket directly across the road ensures everyday essentials are always within easy reach.
As the capital of Cornwall, Truro charms visitors with its cobbled streets, independent shops, restaurants, and welcoming bars. Just a couple of miles away, Malpas offers peaceful riverside walks along the Tresillian River, with scenic circular routes to Coombe and Old Kea. Newham walk is a picturesque walk into Truro starts 5 min from apartment.
There is plenty to see and do, from exploring the remarkable biomes at the Eden Project to taking the ferry to St Mawes and discovering the beauty of the Roseland Peninsula. You can also take the ferry to Falmouth, home to art galleries, the fascinating National Maritime Museum Cornwall, and historic Pendennis Castle, or simply soak up the spectacular scenery along the Southwest Coast Path.

Het was een fantastische vakantie in Cornwall. The Panorama ligt aan de rand van het centrum en je loopt er makkelijk naar toe. Vanuit deze locatie heb ik zo'n beetje heel Cornwall kunnen bezoeken. Ook is het treinstation op 7 minuten lopen dus ik heb veel dingen per trein gedaan. Hetgeen vaak sneller is dan met de auto en boven een stuk relaxter. Ook een aantal keren lokale bussen genomen. Je kunt ze beschouwen als een goedkope manier aan 'sightseeing' te doen. Je kronkelt door landschap en dorpjes.

We stayed for a week. The flat was beautifully furnished and made up. Towels and bedding provided though we used our own. Cleaning supplies and useful kitchen items such as freezer bags and clingfilm in the cupboards and pint of milk in the fridge waiting. The balcony/flat roof is lovely for drinks in the evening and faces east so the sunrise with the cathedral in the background is stunning. Lidl is across the road and Sainsbury including petrol station is 4 minutes walk. Walk into Truro took about 15 minutes to the local shops, cafes and the cathedral. There’s a market Tues and Sat near the river. The flat is next to a children’s nursery so expect to hear kids playing 7:30am till 6:30pm. Beautiful accommodation close to town, and on the routes to wherever you’re visiting.
