You can easily walk into the city centre or hop on one of the regular buses, saving the hassle and expense of parking, it is also just a short walk to the train station. As the capital of Cornwall, Truro charms visitors with its cobbled streets, independent shops, restaurants, and welcoming bars. Just a couple of miles away, Malpas offers peaceful riverside walks along the Tresillian River, with scenic circular routes to Coombe and Old Kea. Newham walk is a picturesque walk into Truro starts 5 min from apartment.
There is plenty to see and do, from exploring the remarkable biomes at the Eden Project to taking the ferry to St Mawes and discovering the beauty of the Roseland Peninsula. You can also take the ferry to Falmouth, home to art galleries, the fascinating National Maritime Museum Cornwall, and historic Pendennis Castle, or simply soak up the spectacular scenery along the Southwest Coast Path.
