Tucked away in a wooded valley at the head of a tidal creek running up from the Camel River, Creekside, a semi-detached holiday home, has direct access to the creek via the deck area at the rear of the cottage. It is ideally situated in the Cornish hamlet of Little Petherick. Footpaths lead in all directions down the creek to the river and along the waters edge to Padstow. The Saints Way, a famous walk, runs directly outside the cottage linking the north and south coast. Just 10 minutes by car you are in Padstow, with its winding streets, quaint fishing harbour, excellent pubs and restaurants. There are several sandy beaches close by. Ideal at any time of year, with high efficiency electric storage heaters, this is a cosy base to return to after a day exploring the area. Shops 3 miles, pub 1 mile.

We had a lovely stay in this delightful cottage. Simon & Jo were so helpful whenever we emailed, and the prosecco, biscuits etc. were very kind & most welcome! Creekside is in a very peaceful spot - everything was perfect, & just what we were looking for. You can walk along the path around the church, which will eventually take you to the end of a lane with a post box, and the bus stop to Padstow is just across the road - a lot nicer and safer than walking along the main road, which is not too pedestrian-friendly! The trip to Padstow is only around 15 minutes.Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, Simon & Jo, we will be back 😊

A beautiful, very well maintained cottage, in a stunning location - overlooking Petherick Creek. Everything you might need there and just 3 miles from Padstow. Also ideal for the many beautiful beaches nearby, and cliff and beach walks. The owners are genuinely available for any queries you might have. 10/10 for its excellence, amenities, cleanliness and location.
