Trehawks 14 is located on the wonderful holiday park; Parkdean Resorts at St Minver near Rock in Cornwall.

The lodge is available to hire and can sleep up to 6 people, comprising a king size with ensuite with a large double shower, there is a TV and hairdryer in the main bedroom.

The further two bedrooms have two twin beds, both rooms have TVs.

The lodge benefits from double glazing and central heating throughout.

There is an electric flame effect fire in the spacious lounge area.

The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, plus a built in fridge and freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space.

The utility room has a washing machine, drinks fridge and side door entrance to the wrap around decking.

The main bathroom has a bath with over shower.

Outside the lodge there is a secure decking area with patio furniture and parasol, a gas bbq, plus a pathway to parking for 2 cars. A grass area surrounds this.
