Inside, the lounge features a generous amount of seating, an electric fire, a TV, and complimentary WiFi, making it an inviting space to unwind after a busy day. A bed settee in this area allows the caravan to sleep up to six guests in total. The open‑plan layout continues into the well‑equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, microwave, oven, and 4‑ring hob. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are provided for your convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a stylish dining area with a wooden table, bench seating, and stools, offering a pleasant setting for shared meals.
The main bedroom includes a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional family members. Duvets and pillows are supplied for all beds; however, guests are required to bring their own sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases unless the optional linen package is purchased. We can provide bed linen and have the beds made up ready for your arrival for a small additional cost. On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
