The property is centrally located between Exmoor and Dartmoor, which are great for walking, riding and cycling and offer spectacular views. The nearby town of Crediton is lively and has a good range of shops and an indoor pool. The cathedral city of Exeter is a just a short drive away and has an abundance of attractions. Venturing further afield you could visit the beautiful sandy beaches of the north coast, or enjoy the delights of the English Riviera on the south coast.
On entering this terraced corner bungalow, you will find yourself in the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The welcoming and cosy lounge area offers a Smart TV and electric effect fire. The bright and attractive dining area is ideal whether you’re enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading over to the kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Washing and drying facilities can be found in the neighbouring communal area. Exploring further you will find three comfortable bedrooms, each with a TV. One is a double room with en-suite wet room and WC, while the other two are twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with shower over the bath and WC.
Stepping outside, you can relax in the patio area and admire the countryside views. There is also access to an expanse of shared lawns, with plenty of room for all the family to enjoy. Guests also have access to a whole range of leisure facilities to keep the family busy, including free use of the shared heated indoor swimming pool (subject to availability). The onsite sports hall offers badminton, tennis, netball and football (no charges apply). Other shared onsite facilities include snooker tables, a skittle alley, squash courts and a five-a-side all-weather pitch. Children can enjoy playing in the large outdoor adventure playground with zip slides, or in the indoor soft play area with ball ponds, climbing areas, slides and its own coffee shop. Carp fishing is also available nearby.
