It is both bright & airy and offers simple and comfortable accommodation on the first floor. The accommodation comprises one spacious double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room with double shower.

There’s an open plan living room/diner/kitchen with a Juliette balcony and the added luxury of air conditioning – a rare and pleasant addition. Directly outside is a private parking for one car and just across the driveway is a small private patio garden area with seating for you to enjoy some al-fresco meals or a peaceful evening drink.

Located in one of Barnstaple’s most sought-after residential areas, Kingsleys Lodge is the perfect choice for a couple who want to enjoy both convenience and a location that’s within easy reach of beaches, walks and stunning scenery. Barnstaple is the regional capital where you can have a taste of North Devon life by wandering the streets and river front or enjoying the weekly pannier market and many cafés and restaurants. Or why not take in a show at the Queens Theatre or enjoy a movie at the multi-screen cinema?
