Only 4.5 miles is the beautiful seaside village of Woolacombe with 3 miles of sandy beach and Saunton Sands only 1 mile away is well known for its surfing, burrows and has a 36 hole golf course which is open to visitors.

On arrival, you will be overwhelmed with the views across Croyde Bay. You will enter the hallway where you can take off your sandy shoes and walk into the lounge where you can sit and relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the TV, or just relax and look at the sea views. The kitchen/diner has everything you need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and microwave perfect to cook up a big breakfast to start the day off before you step out onto the beach and enjoy a day of activities. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with a super-king size zip and link bed (which can be requested to be twin beds) this room also has an en-suite shower and WC. We then have 2 king sized bedrooms, there is a family bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside there is a private south facing patio with table and chairs. There is also a shared lawn area for your enjoyment. There is free parking
