10 Cove View is a stunning ground floor coastal apartment with dual aspect views towards the sea, Capstone, Landmark Theatre and Hillsborough coastline. It’s perfectly positioned in the heart of the seaside town of Ilfracombe and has the benefit of two allocated parking spaces in the nearby private car park, ideal for families or two couples, a rarity for properties of this size in the town. Recently refreshed with new flooring throughout the ground floor, from the moment you step inside the hallway, you find a bright, spacious and contemporary furnished lounge with luxury sofas, TV, radio, PS4, games, books, Nest smart heating system and sky broadband. Californian shutters, crisp white walls, high ceilings and its east-west facing position, give an added sense of light and space which flows through the floor to ceiling windows and patio doors and continues into the dining area and kitchen. Balconies on both sides allow you to enjoy stunning views and sunshine all day as you step out with your morning coffee to the rear offering views of the Hillsborough coastal path. For your sundowner, move to the front balcony with views of the sea, Capstone and Landmark Theatre as you enjoy the afternoon sun and magnificent sunsets which flood the lounge with light. As you move through into the dining area, enjoy a delicious meal in the very well equipped kitchen, catching up on the day you've just had and making plans for further adventures during your stay. Downstairs lies two very comfortable spacious bedrooms, the luxury master king-sized bedroom is on the lower ground floor with beautiful with high quality bed and linen, TV, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe (containing body boards, iron and board and hairdryer).The excellent ground floor twin bedroom has quality pocket sprung divans (with a zip/link option for a super king on request), beautiful bed linen and a patio door to the rear courtyard garden. The impressive main bathroom suite is also rear facing on the ground floor, with a deep bathtub and large shower to enjoy a long soak from a day on the beach or walk along the famous South west coastal path. This apartments excellent location has everything within a few minutes walk such as restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, the promenade and harbour with its boat trips to Lundy and the Ilfracombe sea safari, Damien Hirst's statue Verity, the Ilfracombe Aquarium and the historic Tunnels Beaches. For keen surfers and those who are seeking the large expanses of sands that this coast is famous for, Woolacombe, Croyde and Staunton Sands are a short drive.Ilfracombe has its own golf course and there are more options within 10-15 mins drive towards Woolacombe. With Lee Bay, Heddon Valley, Exmoor National park on the doorstep as well as many other areas of outstanding beauty such as Lynton and Lynmouth, this property is one you will want to return to.
