Guests appreciate the peaceful location, ideal for walking and enjoying nature, though the remote setting and narrow access road may not suit everyone. The hosts are commended for being welcoming and helpful.
Reviewers consistently mention the exceptional cleanliness of the property, highlighting its spotless condition upon arrival.
The property's peaceful and beautiful setting is well-liked, though its remoteness and challenging access road are noted. The proximity to walking paths and nature is a plus.
Guests find the annexe comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere, comfy bed, and powerful shower. However, some guests note the space can feel a bit tight, especially when travelling with a dog.
The annexe is equipped with necessary amenities like a working kitchen and washing machine. Maintenance is generally good, though one guest suggested the shower could benefit from mould treatment.
While guests find the property well-appointed and the hosts friendly, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category.

Had a wonderful 5 days of rest & relaxing in the Annexe. It has everything one needs for a short stay. Everything was really well organised and clean throughout even for our little dog! It's situated close to the Cliff Railway at Lynton & Lynmouth. The Lynton & Barnstaple Railway and The Valley of the Rocks. Highly recommend all these visits! Oh and National Trusts Arlington Court was delightful too... There's honestly no bad points - thank you so much John & Amanda :)

Beautiful annex, very clean and comfortable, worked perfect for 2 people and a large dog. You can see the wild horses on the hills in the morning from the window, which for me was amazing. Lovely hosts, was a pleasure and joy to meet them.
