A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.

Great location- stairs tough for old knees though. Bedrooms small so better for 2 adults + 2 kids rather than 4 adults.

First time stopping somewhere new. We have spent the last 5 years staying in the same accommodation, so we were nervous trying somewhere different:The apartment didn’t disappoint!!Couldn’t fault in any way.If I wanted to be super picky, I would say maybe a new frying pan wouldn’t go a miss, but that’s all I can reach for.Beautifully clean, great location!So spacious.We booked for next year before we left!

Lovely apartment in great location. Short walk to car park and parking pass was great to have. Comfy beds, though the zip link beds weren’t made up as a double as requested (just made up as singles and pushed together), which was disappointing. Traffic noise is to be expected given location and old windows on front. Same for noise from upstairs apartment, mainly heavy feet if there’s a family with a dog above you. Wasn’t an issue for us given our short stay, just be aware of the possibility really. We would recommend the apartment.
