A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.

Great location- stairs tough for old knees though. Bedrooms small so better for 2 adults + 2 kids rather than 4 adults.

A faultles property in a great location. Property had great facilities and was really comfortable and homely. Upon arrival we were greeted with multiple welcome packs, providing esentials. Really good value for money. We had direct contact with the owner due to a known isue with the decking, which we were grateful for, but sadly our communications with the Cottages whilst at the property were lacking. During our stay, we asked a few questions, but unfortunately even after a generic checkout mesage from the Cottages, they still remain unanswered with no acknowledgment. This did not impact our stay at the Bank Apartments and we continued to have a lovely time in Dartmouth. We would certainly come back.
