The living/dining area features a dining table and chairs for eating, as well as comfortable armchairs and a two seater sofa, complete with TV. The kitchen area is well-equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including a dishwasher, so no arguments over who does the washing up! Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and the other with zip and link single beds which can either stay as individual singles or can be attached together to make a kingsize bed. The bathroom on the first floor benefits from a bath with a shower over. There is a patio to the front of the property with a table and chairs where guests can sit out and relax in the sunshine.
The property is situated in the heart of Kingsbridge, enjoying the perfect location for those who want to be close to everything the town has to offer. The town has many shops and restaurants, as well as a beautiful quay to walk alongside the estuary as it meets the town. The beautiful beaches of Hope Cove, Thurlestone and Bantham are all under 6 miles away and are sure to make for great days out. The prestigious town of Salcombe is just 7 miles away and the historic town of Dartmouth just under 15 miles away. Beach 3¾ miles away. Pub less than a mile away.

Very clean, lovely shower. Comfortable beds. Really beautiful little seating area out the front bathed in sun for breakfast. Excellent position as you can just pop out the alleyway and straight onto fore street - (2 mins up the road for a coffee and a pastry). Everything you need in the kitchen.
