A well-equipped, first floor apartment, easily accessed from parking area. A short walk from North Sands beach and a 10 minute stroll to Salcombe town centre. This bright and airy property is comfortably furnished to a good standard and has outdoor sitting to the front, with superb views over gardens and the National Trust coastline around North Sands.

Have stayed in this flat many times and we love it here. Very comfortable, great balcony and location. Kitchen floorboards need some attention though. Hope we can return next year. Thank you.
