A well-equipped, first floor apartment, easily accessed from parking area. A short walk from North Sands beach and a 10 minute stroll to Salcombe town centre. This bright and airy property is comfortably furnished to a good standard and has outdoor sitting to the front, with superb views over gardens and the National Trust coastline around North Sands.

Our fifth stay here. Great location, easy 5 min. walk to North Sands, 15 mins into town, if you prefer to be away from/but walkable to town bustle. Very comfortable, clean, great shower rooms, good size balcony, free parking space. Good standard holiday accommodation, great for walkers.

A lovely location. Clean and comfortable. The satellite box was broken, so we could only watch i player or catch up. No grill pan. And a broken shower handle. Otherwise a good selection of equipment.

Really relaxing stay at a comfortable, warm, well equipped flat which felt homely as soon as you walked through the door. Cosy, with a very nice terrace during good weather. Tv very good with Freesat. The en-suite was very comfortable with a bath option in 2nd bedroom. Kitchen more than adequate. My only slight criticism is that the carpet in the living room is badly soiled and could do with a thorough clean. Other that, most pleased with my stay.
