Lovely calming and well equipped 1st floor flat in a family eco-home, just perfect for one plus small dog. Hosts very friendly. Private balcony overlooking tranquil garden and sunrise/sunsets. I love Totnes and the location in town is fantastic with easy walk to small grocery / restaurants / coffee shops etc. Bought lovely artisan bread and local honey at the Saturday market also only a short stroll away. The free shared-drive parking for one car very handy. Worktop oven & 2 ring ceramic hob was perfectly servicable for a short stay. Bed was comfortable, although fluffier pillows would've improved the sleeping experience. Insulation from outside noise was great as you'd expect from an eco-home - from interior weekend family noise not so much, though they were considerate and it didnt really disturb me. Only thing I would greatly have appreciated was a comfier sofa to relax and read a book on given there's no comfy armchair either. A futon doesnt hack it as a living room sofa (check out the Ikea Tornsborg sofabed which would fit with the vibe). No TV suited me fine, appreciated the portable speaker. All in all I enjoyed the flat's look and feel, and the value for money, and will very likely book again next year.

A beautiful eco house, in a well positioned location very near the heart of Totnes.Comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, with a warm and welcoming greeting from the owners.My only concern was the towels- I think they need a new set.Otherwise, a good place to stay.
