This detached property offers a very spacious design which is perfect for group getaways and active family holidays. With its upside-down configuration, this is a unique holiday lodge, and it has been beautifully converted to create a stylish and modern property and furnished to a high standard.

On the ground floor Vine Lodge has three comfortable bedrooms, one double room, one twin room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The property also has two bathrooms: one with an over-bath shower, and the second with a walk-in shower enclosure.

Up the stairs leading to the first floor, you will find the very spacious, contemporary open-plan kitchen, living room and dining space with a wood-burning stove. The bespoke kitchen has all the essential facilities that you may need including an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The vaulted ceiling with exposed roof trusses creates a special feature and atmosphere, and there is also a quaint area for reading, with two comfy armchairs, with a small table in its own private corner.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a patio area with furniture to enjoy relaxing in the fresh air. There is a large grassed area where the children can enjoy playing, along with a private barbecue which is ideal for alfresco dining.

Little Dunley is ideally situated for exploring nearby Dartmoor and enjoying all of the delights of Devon, or if you’d rather spend time having relaxing days on-site, there are a host of facilities to enjoy including use of a shared indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna, games room, an all-weather tennis court and fishing lakes. On site, guests can book additional services such as a massage, holistic treatments, manicures and facials with the beautician.
