Oaktree Cottage is a detached single-storey cottage, ideally located and set-up for family holidays, couples breaks or romantic stays. Located in the pretty hamlet of Little Dunley, and offering a wealth of on-site activities suitable for everyone.

Oaktree Cottage is a detached cottage sitting in an ideal location for romantic getaways, small get-together's and active family holidays. This single-storey property has been comfortably set-up and equipped for up to four guests.

The cottage has contemporary styling with a traditional twist, and in the living room you will find exposed beams and a wood burning stove, which is perfect for enjoying chilly nights in. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed together as a large and sociable open-plan area, offering plenty of space for families, groups or couples. There is a cherry-effect style kitchen with a separate island, ideal for extra prep space or to enjoy meals upon. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.

The cottage has two bedrooms – one with a 5ft king size bed, and the second with twin single beds, and both bedrooms have a bright and homely atmosphere. There are two bathrooms within the property, the first has a bathtub with a separate shower cubicle and a WC, and the second bathroom has a shower cubicle and an additional WC.

Outside you will find the enclosed garden with a patio area and garden furniture, ideal for alfresco dining or relaxing in the sun. Additionally, there is a large grassed area where the children can enjoy playing, whilst you are cooking on the private barbecue.

Guests enjoying a break or holiday can also enjoy a selection of on-site leisure facilities, such as an all-year hard tennis court, indoor swimming pool, 24 acres of beautiful, tranquil countryside and fishing lakes. There are also offer some special additional services available, such as massages and holistic treatments from the on-site massage therapist, as well as manicures and facials provided by the beautician.

Sitting in a beautiful part of Devon, guests will also enjoy exploring nearby Dartmoor and the fabulous countryside all around, with the South Devon Coast within easy reach with its selection of great beaches.
