Sleeping two guests, this charming barn conversion has a first-floor double bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room. The ground floor of this special holiday retreat boasts an open-plan dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside the south facing terrace includes a patio area which is ideal for wonderful alfresco dining, and is complete with a table and chairs, and a barbecue. Perfect for a romantic break, Virginia holiday cottage offers a peaceful setting for relaxing and unwinding, with numerous opportunities for days out exploring everything that South Devon has to offer, including Dartmoor, Exeter, Torquay, Dawlish, Teignmouth, Plymouth and the South Devon coast.
