Please be aware smoking at this park smoking is not permitted on balconies or outside any accommodation, there are designated areas for smokers to use and we would ask guests to adhere to this request.
Accommodation Information
Please contact the park to give your vehicle registration for on site parking. On your day of arrival please phone Howard at Red Rock Apartments 01626 862269 when you are five minutes from the apartments. This should enable you to have a quick and delay free check in. If you intend to arrive after 8pm could you please phone before 6pm so that arrangements can be made for your key collection.
Please be advised that for any care party bookings the apartments are only suitable for a maximum of 3 people in Redrock 2 and 4 people in Redock 3 due to the sleeping arrangements. The sofas in the lounge are not to be used as alternative sleeping arrangements as the owner does not allow this due to them not being sofa beds.
Please note: Redrock no longer holds the visit England award.

Been here 3 times before we love coming.The property is very clean, home from home all the comforts of home. All local shops etc bear by and if you want to go further afield the train service is great, lots to see and do.

I have holidaying here since they were first built. I love the apartments and the location. Howard who gives you the details of your apartment, is friendly, helpfull and very clear on which apartment you are staying in. The cleaner is a lovely friendly lady who will help all she can. Can not fault the staff. As for the apartments, well as you can expect they are showing slight since of age, but are very comfortable. Would recommend "The Chip Thief" fish n chip shop, went there twice in one week, the batter on the fish is to die for.Looking forward to my next stay.
