Within a 3.5-mile radius of the property are two pretty harbour towns and villages, Bideford and Appledore; each is a great place to spend a day wandering the narrow streets or perhaps taking a relaxing boat trip around the coast. The lounge area with comfortable seating provides a perfect place to sit and relax whilst enjoying the ever-changing view or watching a movie on the Sky Glass TV which is fully packaged. This space also has access to a fantastic patio balcony. The dining area seats eight people, and the well-equipped and stylish kitchen area provides an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and additional drying space along with a further fridge/freezer. The upstairs also hosts the master bedroom, which again benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows running the width of the room and a super king size bed.
