This characterful former hotel is set on the outskirts of the quaint village of Northam. The South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail are within easy access and are traffic free, providing the opportunity to explore North Devon by foot or bicycle. For a traditional seaside day out, visit the Victorian village of Westward Ho!. Complete with amusements, famous golf course and a beach hut lined promenade alongside two miles of golden sandy beach, this village oozes traditional British seaside charm. There are plenty of opportunities to keep the kids entertained with days out including The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. For those who want to keep fit whilst on holiday, sailing can be found at the picturesque villages of Appledore and Instow whilst Woolacombe and Croyde are renowned for being a surfers paradise and Exmoor National Park caters for keen walkers. On arrival at this grand property, take in the beautiful views before making your way through the front door. The main lounge is to the left and offers comfortable seating with wood burning fire alongside a bar area offering a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the local area. The dining area is to the right and caters for those important family meals and more formal dinners, it also has a sound system for some enjoyable background sounds. With a well equipped kitchen, delicious dishes are certainly on the menu. The kitchen is complete with two Range electric oven and gas hobs, two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, microwave, coffee machine and a breakfast bar. Off the kitchen is utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The views from the garden are magnificent and a fantastic place to while away a lazy summer afternoon with a good book or garden games with the family.
