Visit National Trust’s Powys Castle and Gardens, walk or cycle around Lake Vyrnwy and visit the bird hide, all within 25 miles of the property – there’s so much to see and do.

Enter this imposing retreat into the welcoming hall with plenty of space for your outdoor attire. The welcoming space leads off to the guest bedrooms, which are all ground level. Choose from five bedrooms offering accommodation for 20 guests; all of the bedrooms are the ideal configuration for group bookings, each offering two super-king-size zip-and-link beds, set up as One Superking and Two Single Beds in each room as standard (which can be made into all twins on request). One of these has an en-suite bathroom and the four others have an en-suite shower room each. There is so much space for everyone to truly relax and unwind at this super-sized property. There is a ground-floor shower room here alongside the useful ground-floor utility room. Heading upstairs, get ready for the breathtaking views from all windows and the spectacular balcony, there is a kitchen/diner flooded with natural light with all the equipment you need for group catering. Once the meal is ready, everyone can gather around the long refectory table with benches. After dinner, head over to the enormous lounge with sofas, Freesat TV, board games, and table football to keep all entertained. Open the feature doors onto the Juliet balcony and let the outside in on lovely warm evenings. This holiday let has the benefit of an electric lift.
