Waters Edge is a well-loved cottage offering stunning estuary views and a homely feel. Guests appreciate the spotless condition, well-equipped space, and thoughtful welcome treats. While the kitchen and a door may need attention, the property's charm and prime location close to pubs and the beach make it a favoured choice for a relaxing stay.
The property is consistently described as spotless, indicating a high level of cleanliness that guests are very satisfied with.
The location is highly praised for its incredible views and proximity to local amenities, making it an ideal spot for guests.
The property is generally found to be comfortable, with lovely bedrooms and a cosy lounge, though there is a suggestion for more rugs to reduce noise.
Facilities are well-received with the property being well provisioned. However, there are comments about the kitchen needing TLC and a broken glass on the back door, indicating some areas require maintenance.
Guests have mentioned welcome biscuits, crisps, wine, and milk, which are appreciated as a lovely touch. However, as gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, this category cannot be scored.

Been here so many times as for us a piece of heaven. The house is always spotless and well equipped with everything you need - and the welcome biscuits crisps wine n milk just a lovely touch. The location is incredible and my Mum spent most of her day sat on the balcony watching all the activity on the Estuary. Fab to have parking and be a few mins from great pubs. Thanks as always Lucy - looking forward to coming back again soon

More rugs on the floor / stairs would quieten things down if people moving around in the night. You are in town so the normal stuff goes on - like beer deliveries / garbage collection.Byilders were in next door but they were not too bad and nice to talk to.Well provisioned when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay
