This detached holiday property, tucked away down a country lane and a few paces away from the owners’ home, is set on the outskirts of the village of Brentor (1 mile), which is situated within the Dartmoor National Park. This cosy barn conversion is ideal for a couple who want to ’get away from it all’, and who love the great outdoors, with open moorland ¼ mile. There are fabulous walks nearby, including the iconic landmark of the tiny church of St. Michael; perched high on the rocky tor outcrop just outside the village. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

A wonderful place to stay. Quiet full of bird life with plenty of walks from the door, either on to the moorland or along lanes and fields. Sally and Christopher are exceptional hosts. They are warm and welcoming and so knowledgeable about the area. Nothing is too much trouble. They are kind and clearly love having people to stay. It is our go to bolthole for rest and time away from busy lives. Couldn't wish for better.
