Surrounded by trees, fields and hedgerows, this lovely area has plenty of wildlife, excellent off road walks, cycling trails and horse riding. It is located on the New Forest / East Dorset border, allowing guests to enjoy the best of these two popular areas. Within an easy walk which is mostly off road, Moors Valley Country Park can be accessed walking, cycling or riding, with Ringwood Forest tracks for all abilities, lakes, a tree top trail, cycle hire, steam railway and lots more. The vibrant New Forest market town of Ringwood is just 4 miles east. The stunning scenery of the Cranborne Chase is only four miles west and for those wanting a day at the beach or water sports, Southborne, Bournemouth and Boscombe are only 10 miles away. The beautiful Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Sands with nature trails, cliff walks and land-train are about 8 miles. The Dorset Jurassic Coast is easily explored at Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Kimmeridge Bay, great for fossil hunting, which can often be found at low tide. The famous fossilised giant sea monster can be seen in the Etches Museum at Kimmeridge.

Outside: Forester's Cottage is located within the owners private grounds. The cottage has a fenced and gated garden with a lawn, colourful planted borders with shrubs and trees. The furnished patio is a lovely space ideal for relaxing after a day exploring and for alfresco dining long into a summer's evening. Within the garden is a new Games Room with table tennis and a football game solely for the use of residential visitors to the cottage. Immediately next to the cottage are two car parking spaces for visitors with level access into the garden without steps. The owner's EV Charger can be used for electric vehicles by arrangement.

Additional information: Gas central heating, all utilities and broadband, towels and bed linen are included within the price. Beds are made up ready for arrival with fresh quality linen and seasonally weighted duvets to ensure comfort.
