The Outspan is located right in the heart of Sandbanks just a pleasant 5 minute walk away from the award winning blue flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks. This lovely detached three bedroom 1930's house has recently been sympathetically decorated throughout, whilst retaining many of its original period features. A lovely feature is the open plan kitchen/dining area leading to the garden room and outdoor space.
Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel. Across the bay via the ferry, you can explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck, the village of Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast.

The Kitchen/Diner comprices of stoves induction range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer dining table seating 6 guests, Garden room with sofa, & chairs, tv. Lounge area with two sofas, armchairs, log burner, wall mounted TV.
Shower room: Walking Shower, Hand Basin and WC
First floor:
Bedroom 1 with 5ft King size bed, with views to the front of the property.
Bedroom 2 twin 3ft single beds, and be made to 6ft by by zip and link
Bedroom 3: with 3ft bunk beds.
Family Bathroom, bath, hand basin and wc.

The tariff you have paid is all inclusive for the property, but has not allowed for charging electric cars, which is a recent requirement. dogs: We cannot permit pets at this property, however, those guests with allergies please be aware that the owner has a dog who occasionally accompanies them on visits.
