There is an interesting mix of artefacts, ornaments and personal touches using a ‘nature’s theme’, as well as a vast array of books and traditional family games.
With views over a farm, and glimpses of the harbour beyond, it is an ideal spot to explore the Dorset coastline, the Purbecks and rspb nature trail at Arne. Property was extremely dated, has not been looked after or updated for many years. Lots of maintenance issues such as broken lights, lights not working or not attached to ceilings. Doors locked by block of wood rather than a lock. Dark interior with drab paint, needs lighter colours. Light switch panel as you come into main living area is loose and possibly dangerous and many switches do not appear to switch anything on. Needs labels as there are probably about 15 - 20 switches. Just needs a lot of love and attention to get it cosy and comfortable. Not worth the money.

What a hidden Gem 💖 perfect for nature lovers! The wildlife is simply wonderful and you won’t forget your stay here. The accommodation is very interesting/unusual and really beautiful, comfortable beds and sofa! The garden is a delight with plenty of space to enjoy. A truly amazing place in an amazing location!
