This is a cottage of contradictions! Spacious, homely, characterful. Luxurious curtains and bedding, feather duvets and pillows etc. Lots of lovely artwork on the walls and antique furniture and lamps. But all this was let down by tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom. Damp patches in bedrooms. Peeling paint on windows. Wooden worktop/drainer in kitchen very black and rotten and unpleasant Utility room worktop falling off. This has obviously been a much loved family holiday home at some point but its sad that its so tatty at the edges now The peaceful rural location was perfect and so was the garden for the dog. Spruced up it could be so much better!
