Situated in West Bay with its quaint harbour and beaches, scene of the TV hit series ’Broadchurch’ and on the stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coast. This ground floor holiday apartment for four, is just 150 yards from the harbour with its characterful seaside atmosphere and offers a great holiday location to enjoy this popular seaside resort. Amble into West Bay and enjoy the ambience of this lovely resort, or soak up the scenery on the beaches, where one can do some fossil hunting, swimming, coastal walking, boating, whatever takes your fancy. Within easy driving, explore Weymouth to the east, along the Chesil Beach, taking in Abbotsbury Swannery, the only place in the world where during April and May, guests can walk alongside the baby swans, or to the west, down to the picturesque seaside resorts of Lyme Regis, Beer and Seaton. Car parking is approximately 4 yards from the back door where there is level access into the property. Beach 200 yards. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 200 yards.

Our stay in No 1 Driftwood, West Bay, Bridport, was very lovely, the welcome gifts of scones, jam and cream as well as tea bags, sugar and milk were very welcome. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable, as was the lounge furniture. The location was superb with only a short walk to a convenience shop and numerous eating establishments and pubs located around the harbour. There are many tourist attractions to be seen around Dorset with more beaches than you can posibly walk along including the 18 mile Chesil beach.
